Holds a Masters Degree in Finance and bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.

A Professional Accountant with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil QIT, Ibeno worked previously with U.S. Nwankwo & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountant as Senior Financial Analyst before joining ExxonMobil in 2002.

He is a certified accountant of several years standing and a fellow of the revered Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (CITN).

He is happily married with two children.
